City of Yes for Housing Opportunity Announcement
On September 21, NYC City Planning announced Mayor Eric Adams’ City of Yes for Housing Opportunity, a citywide initiative to address the housing shortage by creating a little more housing in every neighborhood.
City of Yes would bring the most significant pro-housing reform ever to NYC zoning, supporting an additional 100,000 homes for more than 250,000 New Yorkers.
