The NYC Department of Small Business Services's Commercial Lease Assistance (CLA) program provides free legal services to help eligible businesses with the following:

• Signing a new commercial lease
• Amending, renewing, or terminating an existing commercial lease
• Addressing a commercial lease-related issue
