CURE Process Launches

On December 28, 2023, Mayor Adams announced the launch of CURE - "Coordinating a United Resolution with Establishments" - a new process for NYPD, SBS, and the Office of Nightlife to improve public safety responses to nightlife establishments and more equitably engage with nightlife businesses.

The CURE process establishes direct, in-person communication to address potential violations or concerns before law enforcement intervenes.
