FastTrac is a free series of multiple-session entrepreneurship bootcamps* offered by the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) for aspiring and established entrepreneurs throughout New York City.
The following are currently accepting applications for courses starting this fall:
- FastTrac NewVenture is for aspiring entrepreneurs or ones who have recently launched their business.
- FastTrac NewVenture for the Female Entrepreneur focuses on topics, challenges, and resources relevant to women entrepreneurs.
- FastTrac NewVenture 50+ focuses on topics. challenges, and resources relevant to women entrepreneurs aged 50 years or older.
- FastTrac TechVenture focuses on topics, challenges and resources relevant to aspiring technology entrepreneurs.
- BE NYC Startup Intensive provides Black entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills they need to launch and run successful businesses.
- FastTrac GrowthVenture is for business owners who are currently operating businesses.
- FastTrac GrowthVenture for Veterans supports veterans who currently own and operate businesses.
With the guidance of experienced facilitators, business experts, and a network of supportive peers, participants will:
- Learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship
- Identify the components of a strong business plan
- Gain the knowledge and skills they need to launch a profitable business
- Assist with creating a dynamic business plan
