LINDSEY COSGROVE
Chief of Staff
Lindsey Cosgrove has worked for over a decade to strengthen organizations that impact the lives of young people and the systems that shape them. She’s a versatile nonprofit leader with experience in strategic planning, fundraising, board relations, strategic communications, volunteer management, and revenue generation. In August 2023, Lindsey joined the team at Greenwich House as the 120-year-old settlement house’s first Chief of Staff.
Prior to her current role, Lindsey most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer at Girl Scouts of Greater New York, the local Girl Scout council serving 25,000 families across the five boroughs of New York City, including the 1,000+ members of Troop 6000 – a first-of-its-kind program designed to serve young people living in the New York City shelter system – which she helped to found.
Lindsey earned a B.A. in Music Education from the University of Mary Washington, and an M.A.
in Urban Education Policy from Brown University. An avid musician and theater-lover, Lindsey
proudly serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Pipeline Theatre Company.
