Scott Hobbs is an experienced business improvement district leader in New York City. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Village Alliance BID, a position he assumed in July 2022.

Prior to joining the Village Alliance, Mr. Hobbs held senior leadership roles at some of the largest BIDs in the city, including the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership where he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations. He also held leadership positions at the Union Square Partnership, where he helped lead the revitalization of one of the city's most iconic public spaces.

With over a decade of experience in BIDs, Mr. Hobbs brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at the Village Alliance. He is committed to working with local businesses, property owners, and community stakeholders to support and enhance the Village Alliance's mission of promoting a vibrant and thriving business district in Greenwich Village.
