District 3 Participatory Budgeting Kickoff

Join the office of Council Member Bottcher to kickoff the 2023-2024 season of Participatory Budgeting!!

The kickoff will take place on Thursday, September 28th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Pier 57, 25 11th Avenue (At the end of W 15th Street on 11th Avenue) 

Upon arrival, walk through the Pier 57 building, through the food court, to enter the classroom area. There will be signs saying “Event This Way” and staff around the building directing you to the event space. 

It is recommended to arrive early to Pier 57 to check out the beautiful rooftop deck and grabbing a bite to eat at Market 57.
