Key Holder
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Support management team in achieving goals by providing high level customer service. Serve as a role model for building relationships with clients. Perform operational functions and implement visual changes when requested to ensure store meets brand standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide exceptional customer service in the store, making the client experience the priority

Build and develop client relationships

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets

Effectively perform operation functions: opens and closes the store, register, and back office procedures, process online orders, process inter-stores transfers

Maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation and general maintenance of the sales floor

Perform projects as directed by Store Manager

Contribute in store meetings to further/ create organizational improvements
-
Maintain an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect

Comply with all company policies and procedures
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
-
2-3 years of retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field
-
2-3 years of experience in luxury related industry preferred

Effective communication and leadership skills

Ability to motivate and influence others through actions and examples
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
