WHAT IS A SANDWICH?

That's one of the first questions that Ben Gollan asks when he starts one of his A Man and His Sandwich Tours. Home to the only sandwich tours in New York City (maybe the world?). Kris first met Ben on a Sandwich tour with the Greenwich Village Chelsea Chamber of Commerce, which spotlighted NYC's best sandwiches in the East Village. Kris and Ben later reconnected for a portrait shoot around one of his favorite neighborhood sandwich shops, Regina's Grocery, on the border of Chinatown and the Lower East Side.
