Congratulations to GVCCC Member, Kevin P. McKernan, Esq. on being elected Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Municipal Court Committee

At the annual meeting of the New Jersey State Bar Association held in the Borgata in Atlantic City. Kevin P. McKernan was elected Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Municipal Court Committee. There are approximately 503 Municipal Courts in the State of New Jersey. Kevin and the Committee will be working with the New Jersey State Bar, Municipal Court Judges, Prosecutors, Defense Attorneys and the Staff of the Municipal Courts to ensure a high level of Justice and Professionalism is maintained. The Committee will also endeavor to ensure that the new technology be implemented in a fair and equal manner and the Courts utilize the best practice system so that all litigants are treated fairly.
